Excellent Landlord Relations

Unlike Traditional Estate Agents, We do not charge any commission or extra fees from landlords. We honour our word and contracts and guarantee monthly income for the fixed period usually ranging anywhere from 6 months to years, we offer a break clause in our contract for the landlord to enforce if they would want, we do this out of goodwill and confidence for the landlord even though we are confident a landlord would not do that after all promises have been fulfilled. We aim to work with the landlord in the future and we prioritise these relations as we know how important they are.

Complete freedom

Hands-Off Control: We will manage your property on your behalf & guarantee you a rental income every month for up to 5 years. We will pay you every month whether the property is vacant or occupied. We typically guarantee monthly rent to landlords between 3 – 5years. The income we provide isn't given from the sole profits made from the property but our own income which we can provide and show for the landlords satisfaction.
